Very pleasant gentleman, who explained the procedure and put me at my ease. The procedure was a complete success and the resulting cosmetic appearance very good. The after care was also very good and all the staff at the hospital were very supportive.

The whole team were very friendly and put me completely at ease. Inexplicably I had a ‘fit of the giggles’ throughout the procedure. I think the whole team joined in which exacerbated the fit until I was crying with laughter. Mr Drake was the consummate professional and carried on despite my laughter shakes. My only reservation was that I wouldn’t recognise most of the team in the street (and be able to thank them) as they were all masked up.
My wounds are healing very nicely.

Mr Drake and his team were amazing from start to finish .
I was having a basal cell carcinoma removed .
The procedure was completely pain free , and I was put at ease the whole time .
I am so pleased with how neat the scar is ( you really can’t see it ) .
The nurse that looked after me before and after was so lovely too .

Mr Drake explained all that he was going to do and throughout the operation he kept
me informed of what was going on and asking if i was ok.
I felt the care I got was very caring and personal from all the staff.
